Where to Buy Truck Accessories
I’m guessing that most people just run down to their local Auto Zone or a similar car parts store if they are searching for truck accessories. But is that really the best place to buy these things? After all, they do kind of have a Wal-Mart mentality. Basically all you are going to get is poor service from somebody that hates their job. You might find competitive prices though.
Another route would be a specialty store. You know, the ones where they sell bumpers, hitches and almost always have bays in back with people who install them right there on site. Watch out: that salesman is on commission! And he’s going to pressure you into buying something more expensive than what you came in for. And after all of that up selling and making you feel like you just saved a bunch of money, you get charged too much.
Maybe there is a better answer. There are so many online sources for these accessories that all have very competitive prices. You don’t have to deal with that annoying salesman either. And if the seller is in a different state than you, you might not have to pay taxes. That more than pays for shipping even on big items like truck tool boxes and ladder racks.
